Sandi Pasalic
President & Principal Consultant

Sandi Pasalic is a seasoned technology executive with more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications and information technology. He is known for combining comprehensive technical expertise with strong strategic and operational leadership.
Sandi began his career with CTI in 1999, where he held a series of leadership roles over nearly two decades, helping drive the company’s growth and expansion of services. In 2009, he was named President and led CTI’s evolution into a provider of fully integrated, end-to-end technology solutions. Under his leadership, the organization developed capabilities spanning VoIP telephony, video conferencing, data networking, Wi-Fi, and structured cabling infrastructure.
Following CTI’s integration into Consolidated Communications in 2017, Sandi assumed broader corporate leadership responsibilities through 2025. He served as Senior Director of the Business Solutions Team, where he led enterprise equipment sales and oversaw implementation, activation, and lifecycle support for managed, cloud-based solutions. He also served as Senior Director of National Sales Engineering, leading a nationwide presales engineering organization responsible for solution design across the company’s full portfolio, while supporting large-scale fiber network expansion initiatives.
His expertise spans the full lifecycle of IT and telecommunications solutions, including architecture design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization. He also brings strong experience in sales strategy, mergers and acquisitions, P&L management, budgeting, pipeline management, and cost optimization.
Sandi holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Southern Maine. Prior to moving to the United States, he completed a year of law studies at the University of Sarajevo and volunteered with Helsinki Watch in Vienna, Austria. He has also served on the advisory board of Adtran, Inc. Sandi lives in Scarborough, Maine, with his wife and daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing in New Hampshire and boating in Casco Bay. The name Latitude 43 reflects both his roots and his present, having grown up in Europe and now living and working along the 43rd parallel in Maine and New Hampshire.
