Sandi Pasalic
President and Principal Consultant

With more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications and information technology, Sandi is recognized for blending deep technical expertise with strategic business leadership. 
Sandi began his career with CTI in 1999, holding a series of leadership roles over nearly two decades as the company expanded its capabilities and market reach. 

Since becoming President in 2009, he has guided CTI’s transformation into a provider of fully integrated, end-to-end solutions. His team designs, deploys, and supports scalable systems spanning VoIP telephony, video conferencing, data networking, Wi-Fi, and structured cabling infrastructure.

Following CTI’s integration into Consolidated Communications in 2017, he took on broader leadership responsibilities at the corporate level through 2025. During that time, he served as Senior Director of the Business Solutions Team, leading enterprise equipment sales and overseeing implementation, activation, and lifecycle support for managed solutions powering cloud-based services. He also served as Senior Director of National Sales Engineering, where he led a nationwide presales engineering organization responsible for solution design across the company’s portfolio and supported large-scale fiber optic network expansion initiatives.
Sandi’s expertise spans all aspects of onboarding IT and telecom solutions—from design, configuration, and implementation of complex architectures to ongoing optimization and support. He also brings strong capabilities in sales strategy, mergers and acquisitions, P&L management, budgeting, pipeline (funnel) management, and cost optimization.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Southern Maine. Before moving to the United States, he completed a year of law studies at the University of Sarajevo and volunteered with Helsinki Watch in Vienna, Austria. He has also served for several years on the advisory board of Adtran Inc.
Sandi lives in Scarborough, Maine, with his wife and daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing in New Hampshire and boating in Casco Bay.
